Carl Grimes
Daryl splits time between his assigned housing in De Chima and the School for imPorts in Heropa, where Carl stays. He's with Carl about 3 days out of every seven mostly because he doesn't want it to seem like he's trying to step into Rick's place by taking over the (now) extra bedroom there. And he wants to make sure Carl has his space since he's been here a hell of a lot longer than Daryl has.
However, he does make sure to have time with Carl. When he comes over, he'll have or make dinner. Bring pizza or Chinese take out, maybe a rabbit or a bird he hunted down that day to fix up. He'll help maintain Carl's gun collection and generally hang out with the kid. They often end up watching TV and joking around.
Daryl, of course, helps keep the place clean, too.

Following his power update in early September 2016, Daryl will now bring over the food he used to, but also brings over a separate, less 'spiced' meal for himself. If they have Chinese, he'll pick up a simple soup/broth. If they have pizza, he'll get a separate, very bare bones personal pizza made as bland as possible. If he cooks, he'll generally cook his meat a little less done than Carl's, but not so much it's particularly noticeable. He is also a lot more meticulous about cleaning and eliminating smells in the apartment. If he can smell it over the scented oil he's taken to wearing, it's a problem.

Andrea Harrison
A (dead) member of The Group back home, Daryl still tiptoes around her like he'a walking on glass, unsure of how to deal with her being alive but doing his best to include her because she's still family. Her death was not one he'd wish on almost anyone and he still feels guilt over it. He does, however, check in on her regularly. He often feels like he's getting to know her all over again.

Ronan Lynch
Daryl spends a few hours a coupla three days a week at the De Chima Rescue Shelter helping Ronan with the birds that get dropped there. At first it was because he was interested in adopting a raven or two (and as of late August 2016, going into the fall, there are two he's getting familiar with he intends to adopt once they're old enough and big enough), but it has largely become a habit that he enjoys. He likes spending time with the kid, whose attitude and outlook is one Daryl often shares, as well as time with the birds. All of the birds.

Dorian Pavus
Prior to his power update in early September, Daryl had started trying to reach out to other imPorts and 'make friends'. Dorian was one of the first people he actively did that with, seizing on the opportunity presented when Dorian asked about movies to invite him out to one at a dollar theater. Starting in October 2016, they have since made it a bit of a thing to go out once every week to two weeks and see a movie at that same theater, followed by a meal at a nearby diner to talk about what they saw. The only movies they avoid outright are zombie flicks.
Daryl secretly tries to his hardest to make sure he has a reason to pick Dorian up on his motorcycle because he knows it's safer than Dorian believes and he knows it drives Dorian crazy since Dorian doesn't like going that fast 'unprotected' but tried to pretend he's okay with it. And Daryl figures getting his fun that way more than makes up for the overt and not-so-overt flirting Dorian does with him that causes Daryl to fidget something awful. Though, if pressed, Daryl would have to admit he secretly likes the flirting. It reminds him of the playful teasing Carol used to do a lot more of and as much as it makes him homesick, it also makes him feel a little more included and part of something. Even if it's just the two of them hitting a movie.

Mako Mori
Daryl met her in early September while first getting used to his Walker physiology and quickly grew to like her. She shares a similar wing manifestation power as himself and after a couple random sky encounters in the porter cities, just started flying together whenever they happened to see each other going the same way. They also purposely get together a few times a week to actually practice flying and, since Mako has managed to convince him to do it, spar a bit. Mako brings tea to these meet ups.

Following their accidental Drift on Oct 16, they are currently constantly aware of each other and connected until the Drift is severed.
